      it goes up one letter of the alphabet per version, and we are at letter "H" right now, so:

      23(W) - 8(H) = 15

      15 / 2(per year) = 7.5

      2008.04 + 7.06 = 2015.10

      For it to be 13.10, 4 letters would have to be not used.
