Video of a bunch of people (including what looks like a 8-yo girl) shooting the shit out of cars and stuff with fully automatic machine guns...the footage is from the Oklahoma Full Auto Shoot & Trade Show. "KILL THE CAR is on of the favorite events we have here at OFASTS." (story)

        So...you're saying that since the Bill of Rights isn't a list of things you can't do, and that "shooting a gun that fires more than one cartridge w/ a single trigger pull at a junk car that you've been given permission to destroy" isn't there, you're not allowed to?

        FYI, it also doesn't list the right to drive a car, ride a horse, have sex before marriage, or marry someone of the same or opposite sex. I'm not exactly sure where you think you're going with this...

        It doesn't specify that you have a right to make ignorant comments on digg either but it's still covered under the right to free speech. The second amendment says your right to bear arms cannot be INFRINGED. Since the government has determined we are only allowed to keep a very select few types of small arms, which ensures that we can never overthrow them if they get too corrupt, I would say that right has been severely infringed.

        the constitution does not give us our rights, we are born with them. the bill of rights merely highlights certain rights that are most important and shall NEVER be infringed.

      I didn't realize the constitution or founding fathers wanted your 8 year old daughter to shoot automatic machine guns at cars. I'm sure her parents are level headed. This does not equal taking your kids out on their first hunting trip.
